Dr. Naama Halevi Davidov
Dr. Naama Halevi Davidov is a seasoned finance leader, with a track record spanning over 25 years, overseeing the global expansion and scalability of technology companies.
Since 2022, Naama has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of XM Cyber, a prominent global cybersecurity company. Naama also holds board positions at Kaltura (NASDAQ: KLTR) since July 2021, and Actelis Networks (NASDAQ: ASNS) since May 2022.
Between 2018 and 2022, Dr. Davidov provided financial advisory services to multiple technology companies, including Healthy IO—a manufacturer and marketer of medical equipment, Gloat—a talent marketplace platform, and Simply (formerly Joytunes)—a software company specializing in mobile apps that teach musical instruments worldwide. From 2012 to 2017, she held the role of CFO at Kaltura.
Naama obtained a Ph.D. in Strategy from Tel Aviv University and holds an MBA and a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the same institution. She is a licensed CPA in Israel and a dedicated mother of four.
