Kornit Digital announces major presence at CSTPF – International Digital Printing Industry Fair
Leading innovator in digital textile printing brings diverse product portfolio to Shanghai
14th – 16th April 2015, Shanghai New International Expo Centre, Stand No: W5-T110
During this year’s CSTPF Show in Shanghai, Kornit Digital will be putting an emphasis on high-quality, industrial-level direct-to-garment printing. Kornit will show two high-productivity printing systems: the 6-colour-plus-white Avalanche Hexa, together with the Kornit Storm II which is optimized for cost-efficient mass-production, will demonstrate Kornit’s broad portfolio of direct-to-garment production systems. The company’s booth will focus on providing transparency and practical information on total costs of ownership, giving users a true understanding of how to incorporate high quality garment printing into their businesses.
“This year’s CSTPF show gives Kornit the ideal platform to demonstrate its comprehensive series of direct-to-garment printers to all companies wanting to find new and profitable additions to their product portfolios,” states Eyal Manzoor, Kornit’s Managing Director in Asia Pacific. “CSTPF is an important show for Kornit as it is one of the most influential and authoritative events in the region’s textile printing calendar and brings together the leaders of the textile printing industry”.
Kornit Digital is the only manufacturer to offer direct-to-garment printing systems from entry-level through to industrial production scale, which all benefit from Kornit’s innovative NeoPigmentTM process: Eliminating the need for external pretreatment or preperation processes, with just one ink set, users can print on the widest variety of fabric substrates and experience excellent results every time. The Kornit Avalanche Hexa adds red and green to the existing palette for a wider gamut, essential when colour-matching specific and spot colours for corporate identities and brands. The white and the CMYKRG print heads are mounted on separate bridges, giving the system unique versatility and speed. It will be joined on the company’s booth by the dual-pallet Kornit Storm II which offers high volumes and is specifically engineered for 24/7 industrial use.
Kornit’s inks meet the most rigorous environmental regulations, including OekoTex 100 standard, the GOTS V3.0 positive list, they are heavy-metal free, formaldehyde-free and free from alkyl phenol ethoxylates (APE). NeoPigment’s overall efficiency is complemented by brilliant and intense colours, an excellent ‘hand’, and long-term durability and washfastness.
CSTPF coincides with the announcement of Kornit Digital’s new local presence which will be opening in Shanghai in May and will include a state-of-the-art demo centre showcasing selected products from the Kornit range. The opening of this new office demonstrates the strong commitment that Kornit is making to the market in China to ensure that Kornit’s users are well supported to take advantage of the many opportunities that the market offers.
China is a strategically important market for Kornit Digital and still growing due to the increasing technology acceptance levels and demand for digital print. There is still a significant portion of industrial water pollution from textile treatment and dyeing, hence there is an increasing number of countries now adopting restrictions on waste from analogue production technologies. Therefore digital printing technologies as offered by Kornit provide an alternative solution to contribute to development of green and sustainable production methods within the textile printing industry.
